Terms of Service

The reasonable expectations that make MomEase work as a service. Kept short on purpose.

Effective August 24, 2026
Effective August 24, 2026. By using MomEase you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use MomEase

2. What MomEase is

MomEase is a wellness companion for mothers — offering guided meditations, healthy meals, sleep sounds, journaling, community, and an AI assistant. It is not a medical service, therapy, or a substitute for professional care.

3. Subscription

4. Acceptable use

Please don't use MomEase to:

5. Your content

You own what you write in your journal, community posts, and messages with the AI. By using the app you grant MomEase the limited permission it needs to store, process, and display your content back to you (including through our AI vendor to compose replies). We use it only to make the service work — never to train anyone else's model.

6. AI output caveats

The MomEase AI assistant is warm and often helpful, but it's a language model. Sometimes it will be wrong. Never treat any suggestion as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

7. No medical advice

MomEase is not a medical device or mental-health service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis please contact your local support line or a licensed professional.

8. Changes and ending things

9. The legal bits, kept short

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer-protection laws where you live.
