1. Who can use MomEase
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
2. What MomEase is
MomEase is a wellness companion for mothers — offering guided meditations, healthy meals, sleep sounds, journaling, community, and an AI assistant. It is not a medical service, therapy, or a substitute for professional care.
3. Subscription
- Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in-app.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- You can cancel from Account → Subscription, or via the Google Play / App Store subscription manager.
- See our Cancellation & Refund policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't use MomEase to:
- Harass, spam, or harm other members of the community.
- Attempt to jailbreak the AI assistant, resell access, or upload malware.
- Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your affiliation, or infringe someone's rights.
- Substitute the app for medical or crisis care.
5. Your content
You own what you write in your journal, community posts, and messages with the AI. By using the app you grant MomEase the limited permission it needs to store, process, and display your content back to you (including through our AI vendor to compose replies). We use it only to make the service work — never to train anyone else's model.
6. AI output caveats
The MomEase AI assistant is warm and often helpful, but it's a language model. Sometimes it will be wrong. Never treat any suggestion as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
7. No medical advice
MomEase is not a medical device or mental-health service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis please contact your local support line or a licensed professional.
8. Changes and ending things
- We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
- You can stop using MomEase any time by deleting the app or your account.
- We may end an account for a serious terms violation, with as much notice as circumstances allow.
9. The legal bits, kept short
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer-protection laws where you live.
